When will my order be shipped?

I ship orders out at the beginning of every week on monday. 

My item is still not here, where is it?

Shipping companies are currently experiencing delays right now due to covid, especially with international shipping. 
If your package is an international order, please wait roughly 2 months before contacting me, sometimes international orders get help up in customs or during the transfer to the local post and I have had some international orders take as long as 3 months. 

If your order says it has been delivered, please contact your local post office before contacting me.

If your item says it was delivered but was not, please file a report directly with USPS, after you have received your report ID please contact me directly. 

Can I return or exchange my item?

If you are unhappy about the quality of the item, you may return it or ask for an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have ordered a preorder and are unhappy with the wait times, I will allow for cancellations if there are delays. I do not allow cancellations if you simply change your mind. If you need to cancel for any other reason, please contact me directly. 

My item arrived but it is damaged, what can I do?

Please contact me directly with a picture of your damaged item and I will help you get a replacement. 

Can I make adjustments to my order?

If you are purchasing more items, make a second order and I will refund your shipping overages so you don't pay for shipping twice. If you want to exchange an item please contact me.
